In the spring of 2023, we celebrated our 10-year anniversary!  In ten years, we saw the expansion of our fledgling civil and land development consulting engineering services expand to include survey and layout, water resources engineering, geotechnical engineering, environmental services, hydrogeological services, contract administration, and inspection and materials testing. 
​
With all of this growth, we have put together an amazing team of staff, including engineers, designers, technicians, technologists, and support staff who all contribute to our success.  
 
In 2024, we continue to strive to do our best, bringing forward effective and efficient designs, and providing high-quality services to move projects forward.

Our involvement begins early in the land development process with identifying sites for potential land acquisition, following with due diligence efforts for land procurement, planning approvals and permitting assistance, concept development, site characterization,  detailed engineering design, contract and construction administration.

Meet our team.

 

LDS uses a collaborative approach with our clients and consulting team to ensure that we understand the needs and goals of our clients.

Community Development

LDS provides conceptual and detailed civil engineering design, developing water resource strategies, and offer contract administration services including  file and resource management, 

contract preparation tendering, and construction inspection.

Geotechnical Services

LDS provides geotechnical engineering and hydrogeological services for new development and redevelopment projects. We  provide technical support to address a variety of issues and challenges from preliminary and detailed design, through to construction.

 

Environmental Services

LDS offers a wide variety of services to our land development clients, including  Phase I and II environmental site assessments,  technical peer reviews, excess soil management plans, designated substances surveys, environmental clean-up, and environmental monitoring services
